We encourage you to complete your public profile create public projects and post to the community regularly so you can get the most from the platform, as others will trust you more. However, you can be more private if you wish.
We do collect anonymous site analytics about your sessions on WONDR. This is to help us improve your experience by spotting any potential issues, such as bugs, broken features or browser problems.
How is my data stored or transferred?
All data is stored securely within our secure cloud based database, hosted by the reputable Amazon Web Services. You can read more about their security process here.
So you know, our servers are located within Ireland, EU.
Although, no website is bulletproof, we do our very best to keep your data safe and processed as you would expect it. In doing so, we also monitor our site for vulnerabilities regularly and patch any issues as required.

How and when is my data deleted?
You can delete your account at any time, which will delete your personal information from the site. To delete your account you can visit our guide on how to do this.
Deleted Data Process
When you delete your account, your information will be retained for 60 days. This is incase you wish to reinstate your account (or if it was an accident).
After 60 days, all information is completely anonymised and removed from our database. This anonymous data is then stored in our backups.
Subject Access Requests
Under European Law you have the right to understand what information we store about you. If you would like to submit a "Subject Access Request", please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org, with the title including "Subject Access Request".
